Client mobile? if it is mobile client, download again.

It also happens in PC, happened to me but the only thing you have to do it's download again (Remember to make a backup of your setting files before you download again)

I uninstalled the application (mobile) and when I reinstalled it again I have the problem that when loading the .spr file it takes too long and when it is complete the application closes
