Is it legal to farm characters? because it's fking annoying just trying to play and I only see player one, player two, player three etc. they are just farming TC with guilds, i think this should be changed or add some limitations.

Its legal, there are also some limitations in place. You cant have more than 4 clients at a time per IP address, and you cant get guild coins more than 5 times a month. There are some other parts to it, but mostly it works.
