Question about Optional PVP

If my character has "Temporarily Optional PVP" because I have not yet reached lvl 250.

Can I use the "Permanent Optional PVP" from the store so when I reach lvl 250 I will be Optional PVP still?

or

Do I have to wait to pass lvl 250 and be "Retro Open PVP" in order to buy the "Permanent Optional PVP" from the store?

Dont be me in old Unline. I used my pvp scroll at 249, it swapped me to enabled and I never could go back. Wait till 250 just in case.

Just in case someone was wondering, you can't buy the "Permanent Optional PVP" from the store until you reach lvl 250, I guess this means that you can't buy it unless you are Retro Open PVP.
